Au Pair AI is a beta product. These terms are a basic outline of how the service is offered. They are not a complete legal contract.

The service is provided as-is during beta, without warranties. Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.

Families remain responsible for their own childcare arrangements and for any program-specific rules that apply to au pairs, nannies, or other caregivers. Au Pair AI applies the hour limits you configure. It does not provide legal, immigration, or regulatory compliance.

You agree to use the product only with information you are allowed to share, and not to misuse another family's account or data.

We may update these terms as the beta develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised page.
